"Got notice from current Insurance company for non renewel. Worked with them for a month trying to get it resolved. Just found out today that agent has been out sick for 3 weeks and not back yet and there is nothing anyone can do in the office. Got referral from Wanda Strosnider. I explained everything to Kaela. Needed policy today as mine expires at 12:01 am tomorrow. I sent information she requested, she sent someone out to property to take additional pictures. Kaela was very nice, professional, good communicator and provided all the necessary information for me to make an educated decision. Did not draw out the process. Price was close to what I paid the past year. Process to 2-3 hours. She was great!!! Very professional and polite. Service she provided was excellent!"
