"State Farm-Paul Bull left me to die in the Mojave Desert. 1st Tow truck refused service, too far off road. 2nd wanted to bill me upfront, $500. The staff laughed at me over the phone as I described my plight. Four different agents spoke to me, as they were passing off my situation carelessly. Then finally they stopped answering altogether. I walked 3.5 miles in the desert to get to a truck stop. Paid a stranger $200 for help. When I cancelled I was due a refund, 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. I asked to pick up the check and they are insisting on mailing it. 3rd State Farm that I have been with and by far the worst."
