"I called State Farm and Hailey was the State Farm representative that I talked to that gave me quotes for home and auto. I switched from State Farm 12 years ago to AAA because they were cheaper by over $300 a year on home and 1000 deductible where State Farm had $4400 deductible. AAA homeowners this year was going up an additional $714.00 starting next month so I decide to switch back to State Farm after talking to Hailey. She was great! I had State Farm from the middle 60's and switch to AAA 12 years ago. The last 3 years their home and car policies started increasing until this year it went up 45% from last year. It all started going up around 2018. I should have checked sooner. Thank you State Farm."

"State Farm-Paul Bull left me to die in the Mojave Desert. 1st Tow truck refused service, too far off road. 2nd wanted to bill me upfront, $500. The staff laughed at me over the phone as I described my plight. Four different agents spoke to me, as they were passing off my situation carelessly. Then finally they stopped answering altogether. I walked 3.5 miles in the desert to get to a truck stop. Paid a stranger $200 for help. When I cancelled I was due a refund, 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. I asked to pick up the check and they are insisting on mailing it. 3rd State Farm that I have been with and by far the worst."
